1 whole fryer chicken
l/2 cup butter
2 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
2 teaspoons paprika
1/2 cup water
1 Vidalia onion, chopped
1 head cut into florets
1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tablespoons butter
Salt
Black pepper

1 1/2 tablespoons dry yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1 cup warm water
4 cups flour (more as needed)
2 large jalapeno peppers, coarsely chopped, and seeds removed (can use more jalapeno if desired)
1 3/4 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 egg (room temperature, let egg sit in hot water for about 5-7 minutes to warm)
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (optional)
1 cup milk, warmed
2 1/2 cups cheddar cheese (chopped into about 1/2-inch cubes or a little larger if desired)

1 celery rib with leaves, chopped
1 tsp butter or stick margarine
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
2 tbs fat-free milk
1 tbs minced fresh parsley
1 dash white pepper

In a nonstick skillet, saute celery for 6 - 8 minutes or until tender. Stir in peas; cook 3 - 4 minutes longer, stirring often. Add sour cream, milk, parsley and pepper. Reduce heat. Cook and stir until heated through and blended.

Ingredients
1/4 cup butter
1 cup heavy cream
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 1/2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Directions
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium low heat. Add cream and simmer for 5 minutes, then add garlic and cheese and whisk quickly, heating through. Stir in parsley and serve.

Note: Might want to add a second clove of garlic. :)

4 medium zucchini
1 pound ground beef
1 pound Italian sausage
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup dried bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
1 cup water

Directions:
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees (175 degrees C). Grease or spray a 13x9 inch baking dish.

2 heaping cups diced zucchini
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 to 3/4 cup chopped tomatoes
1/3 cup oil
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup cheddar (or other) cheese
Salt, pepper and garlic to taste
3 well-beaten eggs
Blend in 3/4 cup Bisquick

Mix together all the above and pour into a 9-inch baking dish.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.

4 medium ripe tomatoes, peeled, sliced
4 zucchini, about 1.5 pounds, sliced
2 tsp salt, divided
1.5 lbs lean ground beef
2/3 cup uncooked long grain rice
2 tbs parsley, chopped
1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup tomato juice
1 cup longhorn cheese, shredded

Wild Rice Soup
Prep Time 15 mins. Cook Time 2 hrs, 20 mins.-3 hrs, 20 mins.
SERVES 6

1 1/2 cups wild rice
6 strips bacon
1 cup chopped onion (about 1 medium)
1 cup chopped celery (about 2 medium stalks)
1 cup chopped carrots (about 2 medium)
2 cans (10 3/4 oz. each) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 can (14 oz.) chicken broth
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups half-and-half
1/2 tsp. black pepper

1 cup sweet corn (optional)
1 can chx stock
1 diced onion
1 diced carrots
1 large green pepper (or jalapeno), diced
1 sliced celery
1 tbs butter
1 tbs oil
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp curry paste
1/2 cup cream
1 tsp minced garlic
2 cooked chicken breasts (cubed into bite-sized pieces)

Saute onion, carrots, garlic and celery in butter. Add corn and stir until soft.

4 cups chicken stock or broth
3 tbs soy sauce
1/4 cup cooked shredded chicken or pork
1/2 cup diced mushrooms
1/2 tbs chili garlic sauce
1/4 tsp ground white pepper
1/3 cup canned bamboo shoots, julienned
3 oz. block of tofu, cubed into 1/4 inch
2 tbs corn starch and 2 tbs cold water
1 egg, beaten
2 green onions, diced, entire
1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil

Bring chicken broth to a simmer in 2-quart saucepan.
